If you're looking at this, you're probably realizing that your current frame is not strong enough. I bought a $1200 Stearns and nurture mattress box spring set that came with a flimsy, 5 leg bed frame. After a few months, I started to touch debilitating back pain. I tried all to fix it including books on posture, working out, and even switching from messenger bags to backpacks. It was not until a few months later that person asked me if my bed was sagging. Sure enough, upon having my mattress and box spring inspected, both were found to have sagged considerably. Both the mattress and box spring were replaced, but after a few nights I could feel the sagging again. Then I started to think that there was a problem with the frame. There was. I used a leveler on the metal frame to find that it was bending like crazy. Then I found this frame. Ordered it and it came just as other reviews have described - it looked like it had been through a rough journey. But it assembled fine and since then my bed hasn't sagged and I have not experienced the back pain I was suffering from all last year. The thing Does Not Move. Which is probably exactly what you're looking for. I Never write reviews, but I had to share my experiences with this frame with the Amazon community. I advise this frame to everybody I know.
